Today I will be telling you about my classes at my school, Montrose.
First I will talk about my least favorite classes - math and science. We actually have the same teacher for these, and I have nothing against her except for, you know, she teaches the subjects I hate. Math is hard because my group goofs off a lot. Science I just don't like, because we have to take the boringest notes, though we do get to do lab projects.
The next subject is Language Arts. I like this mostly, except for the days when we take notes. This, and World History, are the only classes where we get to play games, or do group work, or act out skits. Most of the people in my class hate it, but I like it and my teacher.
Then is Literature. Most people call it Lit, even though they think it far from being 'lit'. I like it a lot, mainly because our final project is writing a short story. I also love our teacher, who, though she sets up our lessons like lectures, gives us good notes and says good quotes, such as, 'We fall in love not with our ideas, but with who walks into our lives.' That one sounds like it came out of a book.
World History is fun, and a little boring. We do have to take notes, but the homework is like snowflakes - no two assignments are alike. We do get to do exciting things, like stations or group work. Currently, we are learning about Ancient Egypt and mummies, and we get to mummify apples. That should be fun.
Finally, religion. This class is hard for me. Our teacher is understanding, and she just might be my favorite, but since I'm not catholic, I don't really know about all of the saints and holidays that they have. I am passing, but it's still pretty hard.
In conclusion, I will rate them in order from best to worst:
1. Literature
2. Language Arts
3. World History
4. Religion
5. Science
6. Math
Of course, there are other classes like Chorus and Art and PE, but these are the main courses that I will have finals on. Thanks for reading and have a great day (at home)!
